How to Fix Fortnite Slow/Stuck Download | Epic Games Launcher

Fix Fortnite Slow/Stuck Issue

Today I am gonna be teaching you guys how to fix the Fortnite Slow/Stuck download issue. This issue is generally caused due to your router struggling with a lot of downloads simultaneously. This could be updates or background services. But this could be solved by using few lines only. For finding AppData enable show hidden files. And follow the steps in the Video.

Code and Path

→ Path to File:- 'C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\Config\Windows'
→ Remember AppData is Hidden
→ File name:- Engine.ini

→Code to insert:-
[HTTP] HttpTimeout=10 HttpConnectionTimeout=10 HttpReceiveTimeout=10 HttpSendTimeout=10

[Portal.BuildPatch]
ChunkDownloads=3
ChunkRetries=20
RetryTime=0.5

If you want my Engine.ini files click here to download it.

Here is the Video illustrating how to do it...
